I will teach two ESO groups this year 1st ESO C and 1st ESO D. Here are links to documents which have information about your specific group.

Each 1st ESO group has four English lessons a week. Large classes have three as a group and one English lesson as a split group.


Learning Material

We are going to use two books:

English in Use ESO 1 students book

English in USe ESO 1 workbook

The workbook has a lot of useful information for learning: Vocabualry Builder and “Blue section” section p.80 - 129 (glossary, speaking glossary, grammar appendix, irregular verbs, writing guide).

We will aslo use other digital resources which you will see as we go through the year.

Your marks are important, they let us know how you are doing. We will talk about this as we go through the year.
